Our Team, Gail’s Anatomy, celebrates the life and memory of Gail Mills who passed on February 14, 2007, after a short yet intense battle with ovarian cancer. Gail had a strong conviction for doing what was right. She was an avid Relay For Life supporter, organizer, and contributor in both Charleston and Florence, South Carolina. The Relay For Life is one of the important legacies Gail shared with many, and with your help, we can continue it as a celebration of her strength, courage and commitment.
The Aiken County Relay For Life theme our first year (in 2007) was television and movies, so our team chose a variation of Gail’s favorite television program: Gray’s Anatomy. Our team’s focus is ovarian cancer. Our goal is to increase awareness and promote early detection, and ultimately find a cure. Your support and personal involvement to our team is appreciated.
Alicia Curry and Debbie Mills each raised $1,000 or more
qualifying them for the American Cancer Society's Grand Club!
