Banners Displayed in Jackson, SC

Drive along Atomic Road in Jackson and you can't miss the beautiful teal and white banners designed and purchased by friends of Gail's.  The banner design is a smiling turtle (Gail's nickname was "turtle" - long story, but inherited that from her dad) with 30 bubbles - the age Gail was when she lost her three and one-half month battle with ovarian cancer. The bottom border of the banner reads: September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. Many thanks to our friends for such a touching tribute to Gail - and to Donnie at SCE&G for working to have the banners displayed by September 1st.
